Warranty Clauses

All Xech Technologies products come with a standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal usage conditions.

Warranty Process

  • In case of any issue covered under warranty, the customer is required to send the product to our authorized service center for physical inspection.

  • Once the product is received, our technical team will conduct a detailed physical inspection.

  • Based on the inspection results, we will proceed with either repair or replacement of the product.

  • Repairs are always prioritized. Replacement is provided only in case of major or irreparable issues.

Courier & Shipping Policy

  • The customer bears the courier charges while sending the product to our service center.

  • After repair or replacement, Xech Technologies will bear the courier cost for sending the product back to the customer.

Repair Timeframe

  • As multiple products are aligned for servicing, the standard turnaround time is approximately 5–6 working days from the date of receipt of the product at our service center.

  • Once resolved, the product will be dispatched to the address provided by you.

Packaging & Transit Safety

  • We request customers to pack the product properly and securely before dispatch.

  • With proper packaging, the product will not get damaged during transit.

  • We regularly receive products from all across India without any damage to the product itself.

  • While outer packaging may be affected during courier handling, the product remains intact when packed correctly.

Additional Warranty Terms & Conditions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs

  • Damage caused by power fluctuations, water, fire, or natural calamities

  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damages

  • Accessories or consumables unless specifically mentioned

Warranty is valid only if:

  • The product is within the warranty period

  • The issue falls under manufacturing or functional defects

  • A valid purchase invoice is available (if received as a gift from organisation is also valid)
